Currently I’m going back through mountains of emails and trying to distill out those salient ones worth making a note of, during this process I ran across this report from Eyeblster which is worth a look, if only to state the obvious but with lots of data behind it. Eyeblaster are doing a lot to promote the concept of ‘Dwell Time’, this report utilises a lot of this data.
